We may share some or all of the information we collect with other institutions with whom we jointly market products. This may be done only if it is permitted in the state in which you live. Some disclosures may be limited to your name, contact and transaction information with us or our affiliates. Such information my include policy coverage, account balance, and payment information. Any disclosures will be only to the extent permitted by federal and state law.
Any business, personal, medical or health information we collect about you may be shared with third parties only:
- To underwrite insurance
- To settle a claim
- As permitted by law
- As authorized by you
We require anyone with whom we share your personal information to protect it. We also require that they use it solely for the purpose for which it was shared.

Otherwise, we do not share any personal information about our customers or former customers unless authorized by the customer or as permitted by law.
We restrict access to personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with legal standards to guard your personal information.
If we provide more than one product or service to you, you may receive more than one privacy notice from us. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We want to be sure you are aware of our privacy practices.
