Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

As an Account Representative with Allied Insurance Brokers, Inc., you will provide customer service as a team member to assist in the retention and growing the Commercial Lines department as well as assisting with processing client and prospect needs in accordance with company objectives and procedures.

  • Provide Commercial Lines Administrative Support
  • Process endorsement requests and submit information to the appropriate insurance companies and other third parties
  • Process certificate requests within one day. Process renewal certificates
  • Check in policies for accuracy
  • Issue renewal binders and invoices
  • Assist in renewal processing
  • Assist service units with change requests, audit processing and monthly reporting
  • Assist with building client policy/coverage database
  • Maintain good working relationships within office and department

  • Manage the Submittal process for all incoming new / renewal pieces of business.
  • Underwrite all lines of commercial business.
  • Underwrite in accordance to our underwriting guidelines.
  • Organize and prepare referrals when necessary.
  • Investigate, analyze, interpret and process information and facts relevant to the potential risks while maintaining objectivity and underwriting profitably.
